2. Scope of Agreement

2.1 Signing body
This agreement is jointly concluded by you and Selectronic, and this agreement has the same contractual effect on you and Selectronic.
2.2 Supplementary agreement
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms of this agreement signed between you and Selectronic cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Selectronic, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee that it will fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, the Selectronic legal statement, privacy policy, and Selectronic platform rules are supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use Selectronic services, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreement.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 User Eligibility
3.1.1 You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways permitted by Selectronic, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned capacity for civil conduct that suits your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear the corresponding consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law, and Selectronic has the right to terminate the service provided to you and cancel your account. If you register on the e-commerce platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the right to bind the company or legal entity to this Agreement.

3.2 Account registration
3.2.1 After you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement and complete the entire registration process, or after you fill in the information according to the prompts on the activation page, read and agree to this agreement and complete the entire activation process, or you otherwise You are bound by this agreement when you actually use the services of Selectronic in a manner permitted by Selectronic. 3.2.2 Since your account is associated with your information and business information of the Selectronic platform, your account can only be used by you. Without the consent of Selectronic, your direct or indirect authorization to a third party to use your account or obtain information under your account is invalid. If E-Tech judges that the use of your account may endanger your account security and/or E-Tech platform information security based on your account usage behavior, E-Tech may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this agreement.
3.3 Account Transfer
Since the user account is associated with the user's credit information, you can transfer the account only if there are legal provisions, judicial rulings or the consent of E-Tech, and in compliance with the account transfer process stipulated by the E-Tech platform rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. Except for this, your account cannot be transferred in any way, otherwise, Selectronic has the right to pursue your liability for breach of contract, and the corresponding responsibilities arising therefrom will be borne by you.
3.4 Real-name authentication
In order to enable you to better use various services of the E-Tech platform and ensure the security of your account, E-Tech may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with national laws and regulations.
3.5 Recovery of inactive accounts
If your account meets the following conditions at the same time, your E-Tech login name may be canceled and you will no longer be able to log in to any platform, and all E-Tech platform services will be terminated at the same time:
(1) Failure to pass real-name authentication in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and Selectronic requirements;
(2) You have not used your email address, mobile phone or other methods and passwords approved by Selectronic to log in to the Selectronic Platform, nor have you logged in to any other Selectronic Platform for 6 consecutive months;
(3) There is no unexpired valid business.
3.6 Registration information management
3.6.1 When completing the registration or activation process, you should accurately and completely provide and update your information in a timely manner according to the prompts on the corresponding page of the Selectronic platform, so as to keep it true, timely, complete and accurate. In the case where national laws and regulations clearly require Selectronic as a platform service provider to verify the information of users (such as sellers, etc.), Selectronic will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you should cooperate to provide the latest , true, complete and effective information.

3.7 Account Security
3.7.1 Your account is set up and kept by you, and Selectronic will never ask you to provide your account password at any time. Selectronic shall not be liable for the losses and consequences caused by your voluntary disclosure of your account or your being attacked or defrauded by others. 3.7.2 You shall be responsible for all behavior results under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, inquiring/quoting, purchasing products, ordering services, and disclosing information, etc.)
3.7.3 If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Selectronic platform or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, it is recommended that you immediately notify Selectronic and authorize Selectronic to synchronize the information to relevant departments for follow-up. You understand that it will take reasonable time for Selectronic to take action on any of your requests, and the actions taken by Selectronic in response to your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of infringement, and Selectronic shall not be liable unless Selectronic has a statutory fault. responsibility.

4. Service and specification

4.2.2 You should ensure that you have the corresponding rights to the products and/or services you publish on the Selectronic platform, and you are not allowed to sell the following products and/or provide the following services on the Selectronic platform:

(2) Violating the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others;

4.4.2 If you have a dispute with other users during the transaction process of the Selectronic platform, either you or other users have the right to choose

(3) Complain to the relevant administrative department;

5.2 All payable taxes, as well as related hardware, software, communication, network services and other expenses incurred by you for conducting transactions, obtaining paid services from E-Tech, or accessing E-Tech servers shall be borne by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Selectronic shall perform the basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the law, but Selectronic shall not be responsible for the corresponding breach of contract in the event of obstacles to the performance of the contract, performance defects, performance delays or changes in performance due to the following force majeure or other third-party factors. responsibility:
(1) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc.;
(2) Due to power supply failure, communication network failure and other public service factors or third-party factors;

6.2 Selectronic only provides you with the services stipulated in this agreement. Selectronic will protect your legal rights and good experience on the Selectronic platform as much as possible by establishing relevant inspection and monitoring systems in accordance with the law. 7. Protection and authorization of user information

8. User’s breach of contract and handling

8.2 Measures for breach of contract
8.2.1 If the information you posted on the platform of Selectronic constitutes a breach of contract, Selectronic may immediately delete or block the corresponding information or remove, delete or supervise your products in accordance with the corresponding rules.
8.2.2 If your conduct on the Selectronic Platform, or any behavior that has not been implemented on the Selectronic Platform but has an impact on the Selectronic Platform and its users constitutes a breach of contract, Selectronic may deduct points from your account in accordance with the corresponding rules , Restrict participation in marketing activities, suspend the provision of some or all services to you, deduct liquidated damages and other processing measures. 8.3 Liability for compensation
8.3.1 If your actions cause losses to Selectronic and/or its affiliated companies and payment platform companies, you shall perform the compensation liability in accordance with this Agreement, and you shall compensate Selectronic and/or its affiliated companies and payment platform companies for any losses suffered thereby. Losses (if any) include:
(1) Reasonable attorney fees, litigation fees paid, and necessary expenses incurred to eliminate impacts;
(2) Fines, liquidated damages or compensation paid to external parties due to administrative penalties, judicial decisions, mediation within the scope of statutory standards, etc.;

8.3.4 You agree that E-Tech may instruct the payment platform company to deduct the corresponding amount from your account to pay the above compensation. 8.4 Special agreement

8.4.3 If other agreements signed by E-Tech and you, and agreements signed by E-Tech and/or its affiliated companies, payment platform companies and you clearly stipulate the related processing of your cooperation under this agreement, E-Tech For the purpose of maintaining the order of the platform and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of other users, the technology may suspend or even terminate the agreement when receiving instructions, and notify you in an effective manner stipulated in this agreement.

9. Changes to the Agreement

9.1 According to changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain market order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, Selectronic may modify this Agreement and Supplementary Agreement from time to time. The effective notification method stipulated in the agreement will notify you.
9.2 If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to contact E-Tech for feedback before the effective date of the changes. If the feedback is adopted, Selectronic will adjust the changes as appropriate. If you still do not agree to the changes that have taken effect, you should stop using the Selectronic services from the effective date of the changes, and the changes will not be effective for you; if you continue to use Selectronic services after the changes take effect service, it is deemed that you agree to the changes that have taken effect.

10. Effective notice

10.1 Effective contact information
When you register as a user of the Selectronic platform and accept Selectronic services, you should provide real and effective contact information (including your email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) to Selectronic. If the contact information changes, You are obliged to update relevant information in a timely manner and maintain a state of being effectively contactable.

11. Termination of Agreement

11.1 Circumstances of Termination of the Agreement
11.1.1 You have the right to terminate this agreement by any of the following methods:
(1) You cancel your account through the self-service of the website when you meet the account cancellation conditions required by the Selectronic platform;
(2) Before the change takes effect, you stop using the Selectronic service and express your unwillingness to accept the change;
(3) You expressly do not want to continue to use the Selectronic service, and you meet the termination conditions required by the Selectronic platform.
11.1.2 In the event of the following situations, Selectronic may notify you to terminate this agreement in an effective manner as stipulated in this agreement:
(1) Your real-name authentication identity is invalid, no longer exists legally, or cannot be effectively verified;
(2) You violate this agreement, and Selectronic terminates this agreement according to the breach of contract;
(3) If you embezzle other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, cheat, sell fakes, disrupt market order, take improper means to make profits, etc., E-Tech will close your account according to E-Tech platform rules;
(4) In addition to the above-mentioned circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the Selectronic Platform Rules and the circumstances are serious, Selectronic closes your account in accordance with the Selectronic Platform Rules;
(5) Your account is recalled by Selectronic in accordance with this agreement;
(6) You have committed fraud, released or sold counterfeit or shoddy/infringing products, violated the legitimate rights and interests of others, or committed other serious violations of the law on the payment platform or Selectronic platform;
(7) E-Tech believes that your actions may cause serious damage or legal liability to you, E-Tech and users of the E-Tech platform based on reasonable grounds;
(8) Other circumstances in which the service should be terminated.
11.2 Processing after the termination of the agreement
11.2.1 After the termination of this agreement, except as clearly stipulated by law, Selectronic is not obliged to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party you designate.
11.2.2 After the termination of this agreement, Selectronic still enjoys the following rights:
(1) Continue to save all kinds of information listed in Article 8 of this agreement that you retain on the Selectronic platform;
(2) For your past breach of contract, Selectronic can still pursue breach of contract liability against you in accordance with this agreement.
11.2.3 After the termination of this agreement, for the transaction orders you have generated during the existence of this agreement, Selectronic may notify the transaction counterparty and decide whether to close such transaction orders according to the transaction counterparty's wishes; if the transaction counterparty requires to continue to perform , you shall continue to perform this agreement and the agreement of the transaction order with respect to such transaction order, and bear any losses or any additional expenses arising therefrom.

13. Application of Law, Jurisdiction and Others

13.1 The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; if there are no relevant laws and regulations, business practices and (or) industry practices shall be referred to.
13.2 The relationship between you and Selectronic is only that of independent contractors. This agreement is not intended to form or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment and employment or characteristic authorization and licensed relationship.

Selectronic's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of Selectronic's right to act with respect to any subsequent or similar defaults.
